MITIE awarded £33m Four Seasons contract
MITIE has been awarded a three-year, £33million facilities management contract with Four Seasons Health Care, the UK’s largest independent health and social care provider.

MITIE will deliver all planned maintenance and  call-out repair services to over 500 care homes, hospitals and specialist care units throughout the UK, providing a 24/7 response supported by 40 dedicated engineers and a network of over 700 national mobile engineers.

MITIE was selected for its national coverage and understanding of the specialist environments within the Four Seasons Health Care estate. By partnering with MITIE, Four Seasons Health Care is consolidating its facilities management services from over 300 providers to just one, delivering significant efficiencies.

The contract will also employ MITIE’s state-of-the-art monitoring technology, which will provide Four Seasons Health Care with up-to-date site information and data from its estate. MITIE will work alongside over 30,000 Four Seasons Health Care staff caring for more than 20,000 residents.

Ruby McGregor-Smith CBE, chief executive of MITIE, said: “We’re looking forward to forging a strong partnership with Four Seasons Health Care based on innovation and efficiency, to deliver world-class services tailored to their unique working environment.”
