SKILLS FOR CARE ACCOLADES FINALISTS REVEALED

Skills for Care Accolades Finalists

The finalists have been announced for all ten categories at the annual Skills for Care Accolades awards.

Now in its 17th year, the Accolades honour excellence and innovation in workforce development across adult social care.

All 18,500 organisations who offer adult social care in England and 7,5000 individual employers are eligible to enter, creating stiff competition in each category.

Skills for Care Interim CEO Andy Tilden said: “Our Accolades are seen as the Oscars of the social care world and, once again, I’ve been impressed with the very high standard of all the entries this year.

“To make the final, all of our finalists had to demonstrate to our expert panels of judges how they think and act innovatively in supporting the learning and development needs of the growing social care workforce.”
