One of the UK’s leading care groups is celebrating after being shortlisted in a number of prestigious health and social care awards for the second year running.
Various team members, care homes and Aria Care Group itself have been named finalists in the LaingBuisson Awards, National Care Awards and the NACC (National Association of Care Catering) Awards, helping to cement Aria as an industry leader despite it having launched less than two years ago.
Aria has been shortlisted due to its rapid expansion, strong financial performance and the exceptional person-centred care and hospitality it delivers to residents and families, as well as its commitment to employee recognition and engagement.
The care group is at the forefront of digital innovation, implementing advanced technologies to enhance care delivery and improve efficiency.
Caroline Roberts, CEO at Aria Group, said: "Receiving multiple award nominations across prestigious competitions like LaingBuisson, the National Care Awards, NACC National Awards and the Caring UK Awards is a tremendous honour for Aria Care Group. It's a testament to the unwavering dedication of our colleagues, who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional person-centred care every single day.
“Being shortlisted in these various categories validates our commitment to excellence and inspires us to continue raising the bar for care in the UK, setting a new standard for the industry."
“This year, we have acquired 18 new homes, expanded our digital offerings and continue to offer the highest quality of hospitality. These accomplishments are a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our team, who consistently strive to provide the best possible care for our residents.
