NEW MANAGEMENT AT RUDDINGTON MANOR

Ruddington Manor's Anne Mirasol and Tracy Johnston
Tracy Johnston and Anne Mirasol have been appointed by New Care as Home Manager and Deputy Manager respectively at Ruddington Manor Care Centre, in Wilford.

The duo will work together, combining their knowledge and expertise, to run the 66-bed care facility, which offers residential and nursing care services.

With many years of managerial experience, as deputy manager, home manager and regional director, Tracy is well placed to lead the team at Ruddington Manor and ensure each and every resident receives exceptional care.

Tracey said: “I admire the ethos and vision of New Care and wanted to be part of the team.  Ruddington Manor is a beautiful home and I am committed to delivering excellent, safe care to the residents, as well as working towards achieving outstanding in all domains.

“I also want to lead the team at Ruddington Manor and ensure they are motivated and feel valued, which in turn results in them providing person-centred care, putting the residents first in all that they do.”

Anne has worked as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in a care home before progressing to clinical lead in 2016.

In her new role, Anne is responsible for providing clinical, managerial and placement support to Tracy.  She will also offer support to all staff and residents.  A large part of Anne’s remit will include liaising, networking and communicating with outside agencies, organisations and commissioners of services, as well as families of all residents.

CEO at New Care, Chris McGoff, added: “We are pleased to welcome Tracy and Anne to New Care.  We were impressed by their career achievements, their dedicated approach and commitment to providing the highest standards of care.  We are confident they will exceed at Ruddington Manor.”
