Work has started on site for the construction of William Turner Court in Morpeth, a 55 apartment Retirement Living development for McCarthy and Stone, designed by Box Architects.
The development will include 27 two bedroom and 28 one bedroom privately owned apartments.
As the appointed primary architect, Box will see the project through from concept to completion.
Box Architects have worked closely with client McCarthy and Stone in the North East of England for several years.
The apartments are due to be completed in May 2018 and will be exclusive to people aged 60 and over.
Apartment features include spacious living rooms, fully fitted kitchens and luxurious bathrooms all offering both comfort and functionality, in a bid to help residents retain their independence for longer.
